Tri-County Community Corrections was formed in 1976 through Joint Powers Legislation and provides correctional services to the communities of Norman, Polk and Red Lake Counties. The three counties are located in northwestern Minnesota and have a combined population of 42,541 according to the 2010 census. Population centers are East Grand Forks and Crookston in Polk County; Ada in Norman County; and Red Lake Falls in Red Lake County.

**PUBLIC NOTICE FOR BODY WORN CAMERA PROGRAM** Tri-County Community Corrections will be implementing a body worn camera program for Corrections Officers working within the Northwest Regional Corrections Center in 2026. Tri-County Community Corrections received grant funding through the MCIT (Minnesota Counties Intergovernmental Trust) Jail Camera Grant Program to cover the bulk of the implementation cost for the first year of this initiative.
