It is the mission of the Administration Department to provide the support and resources that enable staff to achieve the organizational goals of Tri-County Community Corrections.

The Regional Corrections Board (RCB) through the Executive Director, shall have sole authority for setting of personnel, administrative, organizational or operational policies of the
Tri-County Community Corrections System.

Tri-County Community Corrections’ calendar year agency budget is developed annually by the Executive Director in accordance with Regional Corrections Board directives, Community Corrections Act Statutes and rules and regulations by the MN Department of Corrections.

The Deputy Director maintains an ongoing and current financial record keeping system and prepares all necessary financial reports.

Polk County serves as fiscal agent for Tri-County Community Corrections.
