NWRCC Correctional staff will not take non-emergency messages for inmates.
If you would like to leave a message for an inmate, please call the Messaging Account Activation line through Securus Technologies at (800) 844-6591. You and the inmate should choose a Private Mailbox ID (PMI) number that only you will know. The PMI will allow you to privately leave and listen to all your messages.
Once you have set up your account, you can begin to send and receive messages wherever and whenever you wish (subject to inmate availability to the facility phone system).
