It is the mission of the
Red River Valley Juvenile Center
to provide a safe and secure environment
for juveniles in need of out-of-home placement.
The needs of juveniles are identified and addressed
through the use of evidence-based practices,
which include cognitive and educational
programming designed to facilitate future success.
